holding be it a birthday party, school fun day or village fete there are a wide

How many do I need?
Children's entertainment comes in many different formats with a variety of
different acts and lengths of shows, but generally speaking for most children's
parties or functions one entertainer is usually adequate. However, if you are
holding a larger event with large numbers of children expected to attend and
wish to have entertainment shows put on continuously all day, you may need to
consider using several children's entertainers. |

Booking suggestions
Try
to avoid booking your children's entertainer at the last minute to avoid last
minute disappointments. As soon as you know your event or party date contact
your magician, clown or entertainer to make booking arrangements. Fees.
For private parties and functions a fee is usually charged by the entertainer
and can vary depending on the length of show etc. Entertainers may charge per
child, per show at events & fetes to cover concession fees. |

Regulations, insurance and other useful notes
Content. Children's shows are adapted and presented to suit the children's
age groups in line with modern thinking on what is suitable children's
entertainment. If you have any concerns about the content of any particular show
talk to your chosen entertainer who will advise and adapt accordingly.
Insurance. All children's entertainers should be able to provide evidence of
public liability insurance cover. |
